Nika Minaeva is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University in San Diego, California.

As a holistic and trilingual therapist, Nika tailors her approach to each client’s unique strengths, using them as a foundation for personal growth and healing. She is trained in the Gottman Method, specializing in helping couples prevent and resolve conflicts, enhance intimacy, and improve communication.

Before establishing her private practice, Nika worked in both residential and outpatient treatment settings, where she gained extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with severe mental health challenges and addiction. Her background enables her to help clients uncover the root causes of their difficulties, facilitating deep healing and lasting change.

Nika believes that family dynamics shape all aspects of our lives. Without intentional effort and attunement, relationships can become strained. She provides a warm, collaborative space for individuals and couples facing stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues, including intimacy concerns.
